So....you have your favourite Cake Hole cupcake flavour.....but it's just not big enough for everyone...here's the answer!The Cake Hole can create a bigger cake in one of our cupcake flavours so you can have more to share (or for yourself!)....you can find our flavours on the cupcake page......(Choc Malt shown in picture). Iced celebration cakes....
These can be either a Vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and jam, a Chocolate sponge filled with a rich chocolate buttercream, a slightly more decadent Death by Chocolate sponge filled with a rich chocolate buttercream, or a moist carrot cake filled with lemon buttercream. The cake is covered in smooth white sugarpaste, & marzipan (if you wish).
Rich fruit cakes covered with marzipan and white sugarpaste are also available in various sizes.
Please find below our pricing table... which will help you work out the size of cakes you need and their approximate cost.
Please note that this table gives a rough idea of the portions you would get from each cake. Rich fruit cakes are traditionally cut into pieces measuring 1" x 1", whilst sponge cakes are cut into larger portions of around 2" x 1", so you need to bear this in mind if you want to be rather more generous with your portions! With a tiered cake it is usual to leave 2" between the tiers to give a balanced look (i.e. 6"/8"/10"). If you would prefer other sized cakes, do please contact us and we can work out a price for you.
The prices given below include the sponge cakes being filled with buttercream (and jam for vanilla sponge). All cakes (both sponge and fruit) are supplied covered with white sugarpaste, with a ribbon around the base of the cake, on a silver cake board and in a cake box. The prices for fruit cakes also include a layer of marzipan (this can be changed to two layers of sugarpaste if preferred). If you would like a layer of marzipan on your sponge cake, then just include the last column in your calculations. ,
If you wish your cake to have further decoration, such as sugar flowers, butterflies, stars etc, please contact us via email with your requirements/design ideas and we can calculate an accurate quote for your finished fully decorated cake! Image cakes....The Cake Hole can transfer your images, logos or photos onto icing. Using edible ink, this is a great idea for cakes for all occasions, including corporate events.....virtually any image in any format can be used.
The iced image can be supplied on its own for you to add to your own cake (£6 for a 7.5"/19cm round or 7.5" x 10" (19cmx25cm) oblong) or on an iced cake (just add the £6 cost to your choice of cake).
These iced cake toppers are gluten free.

We are able to make some of our cakes and cupcakes gluten-free, this will incurr a small additional cost to cover ingredients ....please ask for prices.
Whilst we do not include nuts in our cakes, there are nuts kept in our kitchens. Unfortunately, we are not able to claim to be nut-free.
All cakes are presented in a white lidded box (or boxed and wrapped in cellophane, if the cake is too tall for the lid).
We would be grateful if you could give at least 3 working days notice to ensure that we can accommodate your order. For novelty and celebration cakes we would be grateful if you could give a minimum of 1 weeks notice.
Delivery....
We will discuss delivery options when placing your order, (we tend to charge 40p per mile. So, for example, delivery to Okehampton is £5.00)
